- In our Virtual Store, we sell “Night Special Menus” that are produced instantly, can be delivered as a “package” within the district borders of the business, and can be purchased at a later date upon your order.
- These menus, which will be produced specifically for you, are not available in our stocks but are produced for the date you have selected with your order. We kindly request that you contact our Customer Service Department (+90 542 836 4090) to learn about the production and delivery time after your order.
- Visitors who wish to shop in our virtual store are expected to register as members.
- Our visitors who complete the membership registration process can shop safely in our virtual store.
- Our members who are shopping must enter their billing addresses correctly. Otherwise, our company cannot be held responsible for any problems that may occur after their orders.
- Our member customers who want to shop from our site, after entering their credit card information, the order fee is transferred to our accounts with the approval of the bank. Our company does not initiate the reservation and order preparation process for order fees whose payment is not approved and/or not seen in our accounts and cannot be held responsible in this regard.
- Prices of the products (VAT included) are shown to the customer before the sale and during the approval. After the sale is finalized, (Except for returns: See “ CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY ” ) No other fee can be requested from the customer.
- Our company currently only accepts payments by Credit Card. You will be notified when other payment options become available in the future.

When and how will my order be delivered?
Some of our products on sale on our website are packaged products and will be delivered to your door within 45 minutes of your order. Many of our other products are order and reservation packages. These products are produced for the day of the reservation. You can contact our Customer Relations after your order and get more information about the product/products you have ordered.
How can I track my order?
You can track every stage of your order from the “Orders” link in the “My Account ” section that opens after logging in to our website.
- New Order: Indicates that we have received your order.
- Approved: Indicates that your reservation has been accepted upon your order. (For packaged service products, this stage is skipped and the Packaging stage is directly passed.)
- Being Packed: If a product is in production, it indicates that its production is finished and it is being packaged for delivery.
- On the way: Indicates that the product’s packaging process has been completed and delivered to the courier.
- Delivered: Indicates that the product has been delivered to you.
- Cancelled: Indicates that your order has been cancelled or the product you requested to be returned has been received by us and a return approval has been received. The refund will be made to your credit card in the following days. ( * ** Order cancellation and return conditions are explained in detail in our “Warranty and Return Conditions” section. )
How can I cancel my product order?
- You can cancel your order for ready-made products on sale in our Virtual Store until the product is delivered to the courier.
- You can only cancel orders for our future-dated, reservation-based packages within 10 days after placing the order.
- You can cancel your product order in 2 ways.
- When you log in to our website, you can view your current and previous orders by clicking on the “Orders” link under the “My Account ” menu. You can cancel your order by clicking on the “Cancel” link under the “Status ” column.
